The Life and Death of Mo Black

So over the summer holidays I got really bored one day. Mostly because it was raining and I'd finished reading the massive stack of library books I'd borrowed and we had no power to watch TV, but I digress... So over the summer holidays I got bored, and I decided to start working on a comic.

I only got through the introductory chapter and as it was spontaneous there was no planning so it generally sucks, so I won't show it to you. Maybe one day, when all the adults are dead...

In case you aren't observant I'll let you know, it's called: The Life and Death of Mo Black. The story is about a girl named Mohanna Black who writes stories based of her dreams, and is being stalked by a semi invisible guy or something. Basically she is actually living several different lives at once in various universes and is consciously connected to them all. Needless to say that sets her apart and the usual mysterious operation watching over all of that kind of stuff want to get rid of her, or study her or whatever.

Anyway, blah blah blah cliché story fodder.

Last holidays I made a cover page/chapter cover for the comic out of boredom and to get to know the characters better. Also for practice.

The pictures you see aren't of Mo and her friends in their usual attire, since the story mainly takes place in the regular world, but are of the fantasy world versions. Yup. I was just that bored.

So I introduce to you the three main characters:

Mohanna Black, age 17, writer, dreamer, pale, shy, innocent, weird knowledge of random things.

Kahli, one of Mo's best friends, arrogant, headstrong, loyal, tough, kind, fierce, protective.
(I don't think I want her to have red hair... I'm thinking dark hair, and darker skin)

Andrea, Mo's other best friend, silent, observant, thinker, calm, intelligent, athletic, foreign (lol)

So there they are. I know that there is a lot going wrong, anatomically, colour-wise and just generally in these pictures, but I'm aware and I don't want to talk about it.

Sincere Regards.

Oh and all copyright for story, characters, blah blah blah mine. Etc. We won't argue about this, I know my rights.
